Who is RegenCo?

Mitchell joined RegenCo as CEO in February 2026. He has spent over two decades in global commodity and carbon markets, focused on building and scaling high-impact businesses.

From 2022 to 2025, Mitchell was the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Markets at Climate Friendly. In this role, he managed one of Australia’s largest nature-based carbon portfolios, navigating the complexities of policy, land management, and environmental markets.

Earlier in his career, Mitchell worked in London, Geneva, and Singapore for global trading firms including Trafigura and Mercuria. During his time at Trafigura, he founded and led the Global Renewables business as the Global Head of Future Energies.

At RegenCo, Mitchell focuses on ensuring that high-integrity, nature-based projects deliver tangible social, environmental, and financial value for Australian landholders and Traditional Owners – outcomes that are essential for Australia’s transition to a low-carbon economy.

Will joined the RegenCo board following the merger/acquisition of Revaia at the end of 2024. Will brings strategic and board expertise.

Will stepped into the Executive Director duties at the end of June 2025 when the RegenCo CEO role was vacated. He has taken on the management of the RegenCo investors, shareholders and ACCU offtake stakeholders.

Tim has 20 years experience across natural resource management, conservation land management, carbon  markers (buy side and supply side) and agribusiness innovation.

Tim has established a number of successful businesses across the carbon industry, including carbon accounting and reporting, a JV to undertake the largest revegetation project in Australia, the establishment of methods and projects within the voluntary and regulatory markets.

With his breadth of experience and expertise which spans the carbon industry, Tim is a trusted advisor within the land management, land regeneration, and carbon space, and has provided extensive advisory services to WA, SA, and NT governments, large corporates, and land management groups across Australia.

Hubert has over 7 years of Strategy, Operations, and Digital Big 4 consulting experience, working with with Financial Institutions, State Government, Universities, Energy providers and Telcos.

Prior to joining RegenCo, Hubert was a career management consultant, working with organisations to develop and execute on their organisational strategy, improve their operations and service delivery, and devise approaches to engage and serve their customers in the digital age.

Since joining RegenCo at its inception in 2019, Hubert has been working with the management team to expand capability, capacity of the team, and to support the delivery against the strategy.

Hubert has also played a significant role in the consulting engagements with government and private sector organisations, developing internal systems, and supporting the capital raising process.

Hubert holds an MBA from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. 

Caitlin is a spatial and environmental engineer with over 7 years of experience spanning remote sensing, geospatial analytics, carbon project development, and environmental modelling. She holds dual First Class Honours degrees from the University of Adelaide in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Ecology & Spatial Science.

Caitlin joined RegenCo in 2020 as its first technical employee, building the geospatial function from the ground up. She has since developed and led advanced workflows for landscape stratification, vegetation condition assessment, and ACCU yield forecasting – work that directly underpins RegenCo’s project portfolio.

Caitlin has presented technical methodology and project outcomes at a regulatory level, contributing to evolving evidence standards in the Australian carbon market. She leads and mentors RegenCo’s geospatial and environmental team, overseeing the technical standards, pipelines, and analytical frameworks that support project delivery at scale.
